Non-functional device and unhelpful support.

I had the same issue as others in which the screen lock button does not function properly. I called Samsung and they said I could have a replacement and now they are giving me the run-around. I not only do not recommended this product, but I also do not recommend Samsung support.

Brand new but can't use

I just received it this morning and it's stuck on selecting the country in the setup screen. The next button doesn't work. Other reviews point out the same issue.
When I called Support, every person was very rude. I've only bought Samsung since 2017 (phones, washer and dryer, and now a range), but this whole experience has made me to never want to buy Samsung again.
I don't think the issue can be repaired by a third party, so I'm hoping the "easy returns" is true. Now my old stove is gone, so even if I do a return, I don't have a stove anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressive appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial impression was WOW! It's a beautiful appliance. I love the clean look that not having a traditional handle provides. And, the lack of a lip around the stove top sure makes wiping it down easier! The fact that it can go fully dark or supply ambient lighting on demand is fabulous.
My husband and I excitedly began exploring features before the delivery truck had even departed and almost everything was intuitive. We did need to work a little at getting multiple phones set up to control it from afar but even that challenge wasn't exactly difficult.
The speed of heating is impressive. The oven heats quite evenly and I am pleased with the varied options to suit any dish. Having timers that I can assign to individual burners as well as the oven is GENIUS!
Induction use takes a little getting used to having had most of my previous experience with traditional electric ranges. But, I love that this appliance allows enough time to flip the veggies I am sauteing rather than immediately signaling that the pan is off the burner. And, I don't have to pull a pot off the stove anymore to stop the cooking, I just shut off that burner.
The stove makes some peculiar sounds, particularly while using boost to boil water. That was unexpected but I am sure I will get used to it.
For all the thrills it has provided, there are a couple things I would change. I was a touch annoyed to discover that if I switch the appliance off with the oven light left on, I have to switch it back on again in order to shut off the light. The stove layout is good but I often use two larger pots and it doesn't handle that scenario as well as I would like. I also wish they would add a volume control to the main display or a mute button as I love my beach party vibe being celebrated most of the time but occasionally want to silence it.
This is purely a wish but I would also LOVE it if I could choose to darken the outer oven glass on demand since the oven camera struggles to get a useful image while the sun shines on the door. I've included a picture taken by the oven camera (in the evening) and this is a favorite feature for me.
Mostly, this is a terrific appliance and I am excited to continue exploring all it can do.

We’ve had this range for about a month now, and I wanted to take the time to give it the review that it deserves. Regarding the induction stove top, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the speed of heating and the non scratch, non smudge surface. The heating element touch screen controls are smooth and easy to use. The heating consistency and rapid temperature adjustments either up or down make cooking so much faster and makes you feel like you really have control over how your food cooks. The oven has also been working wonderfully, it heats up extremely quickly. We love the air fryer feature, it works better than our old bucket style, countertop air fryer. We also love the camera system, it saves numerous trips from the couch to the oven to check on your food’s progress. There are also so many safety features that we love, things like alerts for the oven being on, at temperature, warm stovetop (even if you move a warm pan to a heating element that was never on, it will detect the heat and tell you that the surface is hot), and controls that would not accidentally turn on by a child or pet. The order and installation process was also extremely smooth, they took our old stove out with no problems at all. If you’re on the fence, you will not be disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Touchscreen not working

Delivered yesterday 9/7 . Some areas of the touchscreen works only once out of 10/12.
Just after installed the "open door" of the oven wasn't working and the manual was inside...(impossible to read it)
The "back and " home" button works also once out of 10/12.

Perfect Combination of Function and Aesthetic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently got the new Samsung Bespoke AI Smart Slide-In Induction Range. It is a perfect combination of function, aesthetic, and technology. The cooktop is scratch resistant and features 4 burners. The left front and back burner can merge to create one large cooking surface. I’ve never owned/used induction for cooking but now I can’t imagine cooking any other way. Bringing water to a boil is super quick and frying oil heats evenly. The touchscreen is super responsive and easy to navigate. The edge has an ambient lighting feature that is super modern and sleek. There is even a touchscreen button that automatically opens the oven door.
I love the Bespoke line. The white glass is beautiful and offers a clean, modern look. The inside of the oven has a beautiful blue coating that elevates the aesthetics of the product line.
The oven has so many features that I have not even tried them out yet. The oven can proof bread, air sou vide, dehydrate, and air fry. It has replaced several of my small counter top appliances.
So far i am in love with this oven and excited to continue using and exploring all of the different cooking styles that it offers.
I would recommend this to a friend!
