Touchscreen not working

Delivered yesterday 9/7 . Some areas of the touchscreen works only once out of 10/12. Just after installed the "open door" of the oven wasn't working and the manual was inside...(impossible to read it) The "back and " home" button works also once out of 10/12. Non-functional device and unhelpful support.

I had the same issue as others in which the screen lock button does not function properly. I called Samsung and they said I could have a replacement and now they are giving me the run-around. I not only do not recommended this product, but I also do not recommend Samsung support.

Brand new but can't use

I just received it this morning and it's stuck on selecting the country in the setup screen. The next button doesn't work. Other reviews point out the same issue.
When I called Support, every person was very rude. I've only bought Samsung since 2017 (phones, washer and dryer, and now a range), but this whole experience has made me to never want to buy Samsung again.
I don't think the issue can be repaired by a third party, so I'm hoping the "easy returns" is true. Now my old stove is gone, so even if I do a return, I don't have a stove anymore.

Touch won’t work

Faulty Design.Control panel issues. Samsung replaced twice during intial warranty. We had purchased Samsung care + which is a big scam. extended warranty is with Assurant not with Samsung. Technician from assurant wont debug the issue and simply step by closing the ticket. Touch screen is single point of failure - you can’t use stove if touch is not working. Stay away from this product.

Quick precision heating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new range. The main burner works great and heats food quickly and precisely from the induction. The small burners are much slower, but still better than glass top heating elements.
