I’m 86, living alone, and Samsung left me stranded

I’m 86 years old, a widow of a disabled veteran, living on my own. I bought a Samsung 60-inch 5-burner electric stove from Lowe’s in Cypress, TX, and in July the oven failed. Samsung sent a technician who falsely claimed the motherboard was ruined by roaches—completely untrue. He didn’t fix it, canceled my service ticket, and Samsung refused further help unless I hired an exterminator I didn’t need.
I had to pay my own technician, who confirmed the stove needs a new motherboard or replacement. This has been exhausting and unfair. Samsung products and customer service have been nothing but a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bespoke Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchases the AI Convection Range before the holidays. I am now all in on Induction cooking. Fast, even heat, it's awesome. I went with Bespoke White Glass. Beautiful with the ambient lighting on.

Some improvements can still be done.
For example, missing the hour on the top of each menu of the screen. It is a very important info.
Also the screen saver should be always turned on or at least able to be configurated. After a while, the equipment turn it off!
When you clean the glass area, the oven door open itself because you clean the the image...should be corrected or small idea to avoid it (2 click to open it for example)
Also on the menu mode, some receipe are available but impossible to get them on the screen!
Overall the equipment makes the job but the display and the menu not enough well designed, thought or tested!
Are the Samsung enginneer who developed the product cook themselves?

Talk about the future of cooking. Samsung Brought a feature packed cooking machine. Let's cover the features first. It has a 7” LCD AI Hub That allows easy control of the Induction top and Oven. My family Thinks its so easy to use every feature just a few taps to cooking perfection. It has a Smart Oven Camera Inside the door Glass that allows you to view your Gorgeous Roast or That Thanksgiving Turkey. It's really useful also you can see snapshots of the entire cooking process. I must say beauty and technology really meet with Ambient Edge Lighting. You get 3 settings warm cool and natural. The lights also double as a cooking indicator. The gorgeous Bespoke Design with white glass is a stunning modern look. I was unsure if we were ready to give up the burner nobes? But let me say the clean glass look is modern and stunning! With Samsung SmartThings and the AI system cooking has never been easier and fun it literally gives us recipes has one tap cooking for a turkey. Heck we even watch cooking videos on YouTube and answer our ring doorbell all from the stoves lcd screen. Take a few minutes to see and use the countless benefits of using a Sansung NS16D8990012AA stove.
First of all, no knobs, just a large touch screen which you can lock for the safety of the children.
You can use 2 grills at the same time to cook in large pots, schedule your cooking times whether you are at home or not using your app Smart Things and control your temperatures.
In reality, I am cooking in an AI, it has recipes I can access on the web, it also has a large oven with a camera to be able to see your meals without opening the door, the door will also open with a light touch on the screen and it has the functions of a conventional oven and air fryer no more bulky appliances in my kitchen, with this stove I have everything I need to prepare delicious meals for my family
