Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bespoke Smart Slide-in Induction range. As advertised the glass top is easy to clean and does not allow spills to adhere to the range top. I love all the features including the boost function of the range top and the oven settings that allow the oven to remain on even after the bake time is up. This gives me the ability to bake in multiple stages. A suggestion for potential/new owners: Lock the range in the settings menu. This allows inadvertent menu choices making cleaning the control panel a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We’ve had this range for about a month now, and I wanted to take the time to give it the review that it deserves. Regarding the induction stove top, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the speed of heating and the non scratch, non smudge surface. The heating element touch screen controls are smooth and easy to use. The heating consistency and rapid temperature adjustments either up or down make cooking so much faster and makes you feel like you really have control over how your food cooks. The oven has also been working wonderfully, it heats up extremely quickly. We love the air fryer feature, it works better than our old bucket style, countertop air fryer. We also love the camera system, it saves numerous trips from the couch to the oven to check on your food’s progress. There are also so many safety features that we love, things like alerts for the oven being on, at temperature, warm stovetop (even if you move a warm pan to a heating element that was never on, it will detect the heat and tell you that the surface is hot), and controls that would not accidentally turn on by a child or pet. The order and installation process was also extremely smooth, they took our old stove out with no problems at all. If you’re on the fence, you will not be disappointed.

Great stove!

Broke within one year, taking too long to fix

Bought this item less than a year ago. While the range itself works fairly well, heats quickly and generally has good features, I am unable to give it any sort of positive score as it is already broken within a year. Purchasing the extended warranty seems to not do anything to help me. Turned on the largest "burner" to max setting last week only to have a loud popping noise resulting in a dead range. Samsung repair tech did not check my breaker, and since I wasn't home I was not able to assist. He left without fixing it, and now I'm out of a working range for another week. By the time this is fixed, I will have been out TWO WHOLE WEEKS without a working stove/oven. Steer clear of this item, and any Samsung electric range unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money on your family's food while waiting for the repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Modern Range With Many Features

I received compensation for this review, but the review is my own
This range was a replacement for a previous induction range from another brand that I had so I was familiar with the cook style. This model features a much more modern design that relies upon touch screen controls that do take some time to get used to, but are relatively intuitive and easy after some time with it. The controls allow you to toggle between the oven and top burners easily, and I like the individual timers for each cooking location.

Love my induction cook top

HORRIBLE experience. Horrible touchscreen!!

Literally bought and had a unit delivered on Monday 8/12. The touchscreen arrived defective and we had to have a replacement sent. The replacement arrived today and the touchscreen is almost entirely non-responsive. I can’t push the button to even power on/off the unit. I’m on hold as we speak with Samsung—they’re telling me that because they already sent a replacement, I’d have to pay for another??? This is insane. The original delivery wasn’t even 7 days ago. And two units with the same exact issue! Not to mention that I’ve had to order meals for my family this entire week, which has cost us nearly $1000 in total for one week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
