Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bespoke Smart Slide-in Induction range. As advertised the glass top is easy to clean and does not allow spills to adhere to the range top. I love all the features including the boost function of the range top and the oven settings that allow the oven to remain on even after the bake time is up. This gives me the ability to bake in multiple stages. A suggestion for potential/new owners: Lock the range in the settings menu. This allows inadvertent menu choices making cleaning the control panel a breeze.

We’ve had this range for about a month now, and I wanted to take the time to give it the review that it deserves. Regarding the induction stove top, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the speed of heating and the non scratch, non smudge surface. The heating element touch screen controls are smooth and easy to use. The heating consistency and rapid temperature adjustments either up or down make cooking so much faster and makes you feel like you really have control over how your food cooks. The oven has also been working wonderfully, it heats up extremely quickly. We love the air fryer feature, it works better than our old bucket style, countertop air fryer. We also love the camera system, it saves numerous trips from the couch to the oven to check on your food’s progress. There are also so many safety features that we love, things like alerts for the oven being on, at temperature, warm stovetop (even if you move a warm pan to a heating element that was never on, it will detect the heat and tell you that the surface is hot), and controls that would not accidentally turn on by a child or pet. The order and installation process was also extremely smooth, they took our old stove out with no problems at all. If you’re on the fence, you will not be disappointed.

Modern Range With Many Features

This range was a replacement for a previous induction range from another brand that I had so I was familiar with the cook style. This model features a much more modern design that relies upon touch screen controls that do take some time to get used to, but are relatively intuitive and easy after some time with it. The controls allow you to toggle between the oven and top burners easily, and I like the individual timers for each cooking location.

HORRIBLE experience. Horrible touchscreen!!

Literally bought and had a unit delivered on Monday 8/12. The touchscreen arrived defective and we had to have a replacement sent. The replacement arrived today and the touchscreen is almost entirely non-responsive. I can’t push the button to even power on/off the unit. I’m on hold as we speak with Samsung—they’re telling me that because they already sent a replacement, I’d have to pay for another??? This is insane. The original delivery wasn’t even 7 days ago. And two units with the same exact issue! Not to mention that I’ve had to order meals for my family this entire week, which has cost us nearly $1000 in total for one week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Talk about the future of cooking. Samsung Brought a feature packed cooking machine. Let's cover the features first. It has a 7” LCD AI Hub That allows easy control of the Induction top and Oven. My family Thinks its so easy to use every feature just a few taps to cooking perfection. It has a Smart Oven Camera Inside the door Glass that allows you to view your Gorgeous Roast or That Thanksgiving Turkey. It's really useful also you can see snapshots of the entire cooking process. I must say beauty and technology really meet with Ambient Edge Lighting. You get 3 settings warm cool and natural. The lights also double as a cooking indicator. The gorgeous Bespoke Design with white glass is a stunning modern look. I was unsure if we were ready to give up the burner nobes? But let me say the clean glass look is modern and stunning! It takes your kitchen to the next level. Samsung has really made tremendous strides keeping the cooktop looking like new with the new Anti-Scratch Matte Glass Cooktop. 4.3 kW Induction Cooktop with 7” Sync Burner that allows you to combine 2 burners in one. We love it for our griddle for pancakes. With a nearly silent Dual Noise Cancellation with Self and Steam Clean Samsung gives us a amazing feature packed Oven that my family absolutely loves! With Samsung SmartThings and the AI system cooking has never been easier and fun it literally gives us recipes has one tap cooking for a turkey. Heck we even watch cooking videos on YouTube and answer our ring doorbell all from the stoves lcd screen. Bottom line is this this stove performs wonderful from the induction top to the very accurate baking results all I can say is wow not only is it cool it just works
