The grill is the best we've had. Creates a lot of heat quickly. Unfortunately the appearance is marred by the sticky gum that affixed two marketing pieces to the front of the unit. Despite trying to remove it there is a rectangular residue on tow large spots.
Beautiful grill but doesn’t reach a searing temperature I’m very disappointed my previous grill was half the cost but grilled twice as good.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we apologize for the disappointment. Your grill should easily reach 550F! We are here to help troubleshoot the issue.
Please make sure you consider "High" on your control knobs to be the first spot to your left (the 9:00 position). The further you go to the right, the lower the temperature will be, and all the way to the right is low,
Perform a soapy water leak test to check for leaks. If there is no leak, follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time.
Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds - This is the MOST important part. Turn light the first burner and leave it on high Turn on remaining burners one at a time and set each to high Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 450°F-500°F
Please look for our email outreach soon! Thank you.
The grill malfunctioned and burned to a total loss. Weber says it was grease buildup. We only had the grill for 3 months. If grease from 3 months can ignite the grill, don't buy it! They did not stand behind the warranty.

Just got my new S-415 today and disappointed to see there is no gas meter! I have had my last Weber genesis for 16 years and loved that feature. I made a poor assumption this would be on an upgraded, newer model.

Remaing gas

Unless I'm missing something there is no way to easily see how much gas is reaming in the tank. On all other Weber grills there was an indicator and as the gas was used up one could see approximately how much gas remained

Thank you for your feedback. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This grill has a tank hook but not a tank scale. A full tank usually lasts between 18-20 hours of grilling. Our Care team will be reaching out to follow up with you. Please look for our outreach soon. Thank you!
The service on a Weber Grill is disappointing - if the grill breaks Weber will ship your parts and ask you to become a Grill Tech. I don't have the time or patience to take the grill apart and replace a part that broke or deficient. I think this policy is absurd. Hope everyone knows how to fix grills because you're on your own.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the disappointment! We design our grills to be easily serviced by a non-professional so our grill owners can enjoy their grills for many years, even if parts need replacing. Also, we back them with a generous warranty for guaranteed years of happy grilling.
We understand your frustration with needing to service your new grill. That's not what we expect! We would like to know more about your experience and offer our support. Please look for an email outreach soon. Thank you!
Great! Love the stainless steel. Only change I would suggest is to make the grease trap a larger size since it has 4 burners! Apparently it utilizes the same grease trap tray as the 2 and 3 burner brands. A very large brisket that will fit on the 4 burner will render a great amount of grease.
