My last Weber grill lasted 12 years with heavy seasonal use. The new grill has eliminated all the problems I had with the previous one. It was almost as if someone gave Weber my complaint list and their engineers made the effort to eliminate all of them.

This grill is everything it says it is and exactly what I wanted. Easy to assemble, especially with the videos. Looks great. Has a large cooking area that is very consistent in temperature. The enclosed storage area below is a nice feature too.

The 3rd party assembly person (through Home Depot) had made a couple of errors in the assembly. Johanna at Weber online help guided me through the correct installation and now the grille works great. Thanks to Johanna and her knowledge of the product.

This is my 2nd Weber Genesis the 1st one lasted 10 years and we loved it. So now we needed a new one, so we went with weber genesis again but a 4 burner instead of 3. Unfortunately the newer one does not measure up to old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our new grill, have had Weber grills for years. Bought the griddle too. My only request would be that Weber rethinks the location of the little thingy in front of the griddle, the hot air comes right out there and is too hot for your hands and arms while cooking. Otherwise love it!
