Received my grill over a month ago, have yet been able to use it. Only one burner works and still waiting on a replacement part. The only status updates I get are quick apologies when I inquire with no helpful information.

What a great grill!! I purchased the griddle plate and it has been awesome!! I have the griddle and a grate on the side of the grill so I can cook either way!
