When properly seasoned after cooking, they make a fantastic grate and are simple to work with. The stainless steel version of my Weber is excellent. Paying more for what you get is worth it in my opinion. This grill will last a long time as long as it is maintained like it should be. The best feature is the natural gas option, I will never have to fill another tank again.
