Very disappointed with the quality of my Weber grill. I have had a problem with the propane leaking from the hose. It took almost 3 weeks to get the replacement part. Now the grill won’t heat above 200 degrees which is apparently due to a bulkhead assembly which is now taking over a week to ship to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had a genesis for 12 years and it was a great grill. Purchased a new genesis and quality is not the same. Everything about it feels “cheap” except the price tag. The most disappointing thing was finding out there’s no fuel gauge . If I had known that I never wound have purchased the grill. That is really pathetic.

Previous Web Weber lasted 20 years. Got an E315 which did not even have a propane level monitor on it, which I felt as a big disappointment for a genesis grill, which is supposed to be an upgrade. A small bit significant addition that was expected since my folder model had it 20 years ago.

No instruction book. Purchased at Lowes, could not reach anyone on how to start. Called Ace hardware and they helped alot. Now on sale, was not when I purchased on June 1st.. not happy
