A real pleasure to use, Even cooking. I just got the griddle and wok, can’t wait to try them! My previous grill was also a Weber, it lasted over 20 years! I recommend Weber highly!
This grill is an excellent grill, but lacks a meter to measure remaining gas in tank. For the cost of this grill you would think that Weber would include a gas guage. Salesman we bought from did not mention this important fact to us.
Bought a Genesis E-315 grill to replace my older Genesis . Where do I begin? First did you know this unit has gone up in price some $300 and is made with a cheap metal that comes with the two (left & right) panels missing to only allow critters to find an easy route in but also expose the system's wiring to moisture and sore appearance with the wires exposed. Next, we purchased a 100 dollar cover that specifically for all E-300 series Genesis and that also did not go to the ground further leaving rain/moisture.

The burners work great but there is a serious design flaw regarding the propane tank placement. I cannot get enough leverage to raise a full tank and put it on the scale. @ **#+%:! Also, the scale should have been included with the grill

There were too many damaged parts packaged in the box from the factory. This was not shipping damage. The shipping box didn't have a scratch on it. Damaged parts were packaged at he factory. Weber sent replacement parts. Some were the wrong part. The damaged frame part was not available and I didn't want to wait another month to see if the part would be available. Webers quality control is poor. I returned the grill to Home Depot for a full refund.

Let me start by saying that I have owned and used at least 4 Weber grills over the years. All worked without any problems. I purchased a new E315 gas grill yesterday. Everything looks and works great. My one and only complaint is withe location of the L-P gas tank. It is located on the left side inside the cabinet. It has to be lifted up and place a hook inside a small space with hardly any room to move. The full tank weighs approximately 40 lbs. It is a very difficult process, especially for someone who is elderly, or not in condition to maneuver and lift such a heavy item is such a small space. I'm surprised that there haven't been any reported injuries (at least that I have seen). I can even visualize someone accidentally losing a finger doing this. It is a terrible design flaw. All of my previous Weber grilles located the tank outside of the unit and were easily accessible to mount the propane tank. BEWARE of this problem before purchasing the unit. Thankfully I live in a condo that have maintenance people available to assist with the process.
