I owned my first Weber grill for 15 years without any issues. Unfortunately, my new Weber appears to be malfunctioning. Although ignition with the first burner (far left when facing grill) works correctly, the second and third burners do not. These burners delay ignition for anywhere from 10 to 40 seconds, then ignite all at once with flames that far exceed the height of grill grates. How will Weber correct this issue?
Love this grill! Such an upgrade from our previous grill from a different manufacturer. Better temperature control, easier to clean, great build quality, and overall I would recommend this to anyone. Only draw back is the stainless steel shelves on either side have started to have small surface rust spots after a few drops of rain fell before the cover could be placed. This is even after regular cleaning and protectant being applied. Frustrating given the precautions taken and this still occurring after such a short period of time.
Like the grille. Has one small issue there is a space between the side table and grille box and I dropped a hot dog and it fell between the box and table fell on the fuel tank. I was able to get it by opening the door.
Very disappointed with the quality of my Weber grill. I have had a problem with the propane leaking from the hose. It took almost 3 weeks to get the replacement part. Now the grill won’t heat above 200 degrees which is apparently due to a bulkhead assembly which is now taking over a week to ship to me.
The problem with the unit is the location of the propane tank. It is very difficult to install the bank on the internal hook. The tank weighs almost 40 lbs and it has to be lifted with one hand and twisted on to the hook. It is a dangerous procedure
