we love our Webers, we have had two in previous years, each lasting over 18 years each, and we bbq 5 nights a week all year round! Just wondering how come our new Genesis doesn't have a gage for the tank!
The grill is the best we've had. Creates a lot of heat quickly. Unfortunately the appearance is marred by the sticky gum that affixed two marketing pieces to the front of the unit. Despite trying to remove it there is a rectangular residue on tow large spots.
After 2nd use, the igniter button stopped working. It took 4 weeks for the proper replacement part to be sent out. This was the first time I ever purchased a Weber grill and probably will be my last. I have several other newly built homes that will be needing outdoor kitchens with grills. I plan on purchasing other brands after this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your feedback is important to us. We are sorry to hear the ignitor on your grill has stopped working. This is not the Weber experience we strive to provide. Please know that our team is working diligently to ensure you get back to grilling, and we will be sure to relay your feedback. Thank you!
I absolutely love the build quality of this grill, it's a solid tank. Going from a Box Store brand grill to a Weber was a huge upgrade. I'm really enjoying the even distributed heat across the entire cook surface. Looking forward to many many years with this grill.
