Temperature and heat at grill inferior to my 20 year old summit that was replaced by s-415. Expected better from Weber. Y

I was frustrated by the inability or unwillingness of the person I dealt with to just email the catalog or clear information for me to identify by number, name, cross-reference etc. the parts I wanted so we could get to the order quickly rather than spend a week or more doing an unnecessary dance. Not sure I was being played with or not. Thankfully, I finally received enough limited info to piece together an accurate order. Still waiting on one item that was back ordered.
