The grill has 4 burners. Sadly only 3 light when using the igniter..still waiting, it’s been over a month, and Weber has not sent the new igniter as promised

Your feedback is very important to us. We're sorry to hear one of the burners is not lighting. Our Care Team will reach out to assist in resolving this issue. Please look for an outreach email from us soon. Thank you!
Great grill! The only grill I've ever owned where the heat was uniformly distributed. The flavors perform a dual function: helping maintain the flavor of the meat, but also shielding the burners itself from food drippings that eventually would eat a way at the metal. The grates clean extremely easily, and the grill itself is extremely attractive The locking wheels work perfectly, and the entire unit is a solid, well made, piece of equipment. The storage space underneath is great giving you space not only for the propane tank, but for whatever tools you may like. The little hooks on the sides to hold utensils while cooking are also a nice touch.
Nice grill but still uneven cooking. The wind blows the flame out which is pretty annoying when you check your progress and the food is still raw. I also bought the Weber Grill cover and noticed that when I take it off after it’s rained, the grill is soaked wet.
Great! Love the stainless steel. Only change I would suggest is to make the grease trap a larger size since it has 4 burners! Apparently it utilizes the same grease trap tray as the 2 and 3 burner brands. A very large brisket that will fit on the 4 burner will render a great amount of grease.
Great grill after 30 years with my first Genesis. The only issue I have is the cabinet design. Two long support braces from top rear to bottom front inside the cabinet reduces storage to minimal use. No Shelves
Just got my new S-415 today and disappointed to see there is no gas meter! I have had my last Weber genesis for 16 years and loved that feature. I made a poor assumption this would be on an upgraded, newer model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Congratulations on your new grill! Your feedback is important to us. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the grill. Our newer Genesis models have a tank hook but not a tank scale. Please look for an outreach email from our Care Team soon to follow up with you on this matter. Thank you!
I've been a Weber propane grill fan for years - this is my 4th one. I grill something almost daily. I'm really enjoying my new S-415. The new burner design (compared to my old one) is fabulous. The grill heats evenly, is easy to use, fits my cooking style, and is well made (as I expect from Weber). I've only two comments: (1) The propane tank is in a difficult position to install and remove, and I was disappointed that there is no "spring-loaded" tank fill indicator. This requires trying to lift the tank (very awkward) to get a feel for remaining fuel. I've not yet found a reliable screw-on tank gauge, although I've tried many. (2) The tolerance on the four stainless steel cooking grates is "off" on my particular grill. They slide back and forth on the grill when I clean them before cooking. When I push three to one side, and the fourth the other way, the gap is about 3/8", causing the grates the rattle back and forth while cleaning, and sometimes when cooking.
