Peace of mind

It works great at protecting and monitoring your property against water leaks and can be used anywhere in your home where water damage can be an issue. It alerts you when water is detected so you can be proactive in catching it before it becomes a problem. I love how easily it can be connected to other devices on the hub. It is a must have for any homeowner.

Easy setup, lowers stress!

I appreciated the E1 Hub, and it’s easy setup in addition to the Water Leak Sensor which I am using for both my water heater and the sump pump since they are located so close. I feel so much less worried! I have had a flood in the utility room, and it was such a mess. This will help alert us quickly if anything happens in the future and it was easy to set up. Thanks so much!

Useful, but not easily used with Apple Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aqara leak sensor is a really interesting and useful product, that can definitely help homeowners know of potential leaks before major damage occurs. The sensor itself works well, but it’s a little tricky to communicate with using my phone. I was really hopeful that this would work directly with my Apple Home app, and looking initially at the packaging I thought it would, but unfortunately you have to use a separate app just for this leak sensor, which makes it less convenient than I would have hoped.

Amazing little sensor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing leak protection sensor. It was a bit hard to figure out how to install but I figured it out. First install the hub then add the sensor to the hub. When it asks about a code it’s on the back of your hub. After everything was set up I thought it would be nice to test it so I put the sensor in a bit of water and it immediately told me there was a leak. After I took it out it went back to normal. This tiny little guy is going into my laundry area and I’m happy to know if anything ever happens I’m protected and will know asap. Also love that there is an app and I can watch the better life on there and not worry when to replace it.

It’s so adorable (funny thing to say about a sensor) we placed it in the basement and we haven’t had any flooring so I doubt it will turn on at any point but it’s such a great thing to have. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I’m not 100% sure how it works when there is a floor.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to install and is easy to use. You need an Aqara hub to use the water sensor which was also easy to set up. Thankfully I haven’t had any water leaks so I can’t say how well it will detect them but this is worth it to have in case.
