Awesome buds

I honestly avoided jbl as a brand mostly for price point. I have had other earbuds and headphones from different companies in the same price range that were garbage so I foolishly assumed it would be the same. The earbuds are great, sound quality is on point, customization is great and more importantly the anc is fantastic, easily comparable to brands that ask for way more money.

Excellent Battery Life

Excellent earbuds. I haven’t used the screen yet and I probably won’t but I bought these earbuds specifically for the extended battery life and so far they’re doing the job.

I bought these to replace my JBL Live Pro 2 TWS, liked the lower profile. In my opinion, they are no better, and not as touch sensitive to access the options.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. You can try to modify the touch control settings with the JBL Headphones App. You may also try resetting the earbuds. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. Decent, but not for the cost

I have had these roughly two weeks... The first time I used them I found out you never want to leave the case behind, because once they shut-off, you need the case to get them on again. Controlling them could be easier... The tap doesn't work as good as I would expect for as much as these cost... Sound quality is great... But don't try to make a call outside because I was told I sounded very muffled.

The 6-mic crystal call algorithm of the JBL Tour Pro 2 earbuds allows you to have better conversations even in loud or windy environments or to get help from your preferred voice assistant. And with VoiceAware, you can choose how much of your own voice to hear by controlling the amount of mic input routed back into your earbuds. If it's sounding muffled to isolate the mic issue, please try to pair and connect it with a different phone and compare the quality. If you need more help, please reach out to our customer support.
