Smart case with amazing buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply amazing smart case that has full controls of everything, and the ear buds sound quality is beautiful,with noise cancellation Ambient sound. Has a very long battery life in the ear buds and smart case pretty much last forever. The design of the ear buds are simply beautiful, and the case looks nice with the LCD screen in color with the JBL logo at the bottom. They have really good bass when you are listening to music and also the people you make calls to can hear you extra clear. Must say one of the best earbuds i ever seen.

These jbl tour pro 2 earbuds are fantastic

The design is really cool even down to the box art. The case that you store them in is very sleek and high quality. I would highly recommend for anyone who's serious about music.

Solid minimalist headphones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to headphones - I either like over the ear, or in ear headphones. In ear headphones has always been tricky for me - most are not very comfortable for one reason or another, and some of the newer styles (no cords, etc.) are fine at first but then quickly stop holding charge amongst other things.
So far (knock on wood) I have not had any charging and or longevity issues with these particular headphones - I use them when I mow, work out, walk my dogs - really just about any time I want to listen to some music and keep it to myself. The noise cancelling works great (re: mowing) - wireless charging is what you would expect - calls are clear. My ears have not been bothered so far with a few extended listening sessions (yard work fun).
No real negatives for me to report as of this writing - pleasantly surprised by the sound and features of the headphones.
The only thing I can mention that may be seen as a negative (depending on your viewpoint I suppose) is I don't really use and or care much for the interface on the case. In theory it seemed like a nifty thing to have, but in reality I just haven't found myself messing with it much at all. There is no hard negative / reason as to why that is - I guess just preference / laziness maybe.
I also personally have not found a need / use for the spatial sound but I do use similar technology on gaming headphones, etc. So I know the use case for it, and what it does - but with these in particular and where I use them I haven't wanted or needed to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to customize

I want to like these earbuds but I CANNOT for the life of me figure out how to fix them to where my background noise doesn't take over my calls. Everyone I talk to has problems hearing me when I have minimal noise in my background. The only time they don't is when I'm home with nothing in my background. I've gone through all the customization in the app but it still hasn't helped.

You may try testing the earbuds' microphone without the earbuds being in your ears to determine if the issue could be related to how they fit or if there's an issue with the mic itself. Connect your earbuds to a different phone or device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the earbuds or possibly the original device's settings or connectivity. Great expectation shattered

Help. I have bought the Tour Pro 2, but struggle to connect with Bluetooth. A real issue and shame.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tour Pro 2 TWS should automatically be in pairing mode once the charging case is opened. On your source device's Bluetooth settings, tap on "JBL Tour Pro 2" to connect. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Not good

When the earphones in case. The phone can not connect or find the earphones. I missed the case somewhere and can not find it without Bluetooth connect. Also the speaker not really cloud enough

Not Impressed

Purchased for my boyfriend for his birthday. He’s only used just a couple of times. They do not stay charged. The case will say 100% charges. Then he takes an earbud out to use and it goes from 100% to saying 5%, then dies. I’m not sure I would recommend these.

Since the brand-new unit only comes with a factory charge, please charge the case and the earbuds for about 2 hours to ensure a full battery. To ensure that the earbuds are properly charging, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swap dipped in rubbing alcohol before inserting them, as they are susceptible to build-up of dust or dirt. Better than average.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earphones are reproduce music wonderfully. The only issue I had was Fitment. The left fit perfect but the right did not fit just right. I tried all three rubber sizes but none helped.
The phone calls with the earphones were nice also. Not major static like others I have used.
The noise canceling feature is great. Ambient aware sounded like a tunnel which is not preferable. Talk through option was okay but seems to be real low volume.
I would recommend this to a friend!
