Terrible Product and Customer Service

I purchased this refrigerator expecting a panel-ready, seamless look as advertised on the website and as sold to me in person. Upon installation, it became clear that the model is not seamless. Despite repeated contact with customer service, I was assured the issue was with installation. After multiple service attempts, an engineer confirmed the refrigerator is not seamless, as the panels protrude.
Even with this confirmation, customer service refused to provide a resolution. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and dismissive responses have been deeply disappointing and eroded my confidence in your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a result of this experience, I can confidently say that I will not be purchasing any products from your company in the future. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service approach.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

I had to wait 6 weeks to get it and then discovered that despite being the same width as my former Subzero refrigerator, the inside dimensions are awkward and small. For example, a 12 pack of soda cans will not fit lengthwise on a shelf. The ice maker takes up far too much space in the freezer section. There is a "marinating tray" that also takes up unnecessary space. The outside finish is fine, no fingerprints!

Noise Issue

I would give it 5 stars except that it has a very loud, intermittent hum. I am concerned that this will lead to a repair.

Poor sealing

I was very disappointed in this unit as I have now bought several different gaskets for it and it just will not seal and constantly increases the temperature because the fridge just does not close properly. Even had a custom-made gasket put on it and still no joy.

Very nice fridge
