Will not buy another KitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day I put food on the top shelf it froze and burst a can and glass bottle sending kombucha and sparkling water down the back wall. I've blocked an area in front of vent to avoid freezing. Temps are at factory settings.
When removing the plastic tape on drawers the black arrows leached onto the metal.
I don't like that there is only one place to pull out the big drawer instead across the whole bar. Now I have be conscious of hand placement every time.
The edges of the shelves are extremely sharp and have scratches to prove.
I don't like the door closure. I have to push it closed instead of continuation of motion.
It has a sound like an old phone ringing. About 2/day. Weird.
All these issues I thought I paid to avoid at this price I'm sure I will not be buying another KitchenAid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a new refrigerator to replace its 20 year old predecessor. Same model, size, etc. It has been a suboptimal experience thus far. When it arrived, it had damage to aluminum trim. We also discovered the new model does not come with handles - therefore had to live with difficult to open doors while new brass hardware was ordered to match our existing kitchen pulls and handles. After this was resolved, we have continued to face frost build up in the freezer. 2 service visits, 1 new computer motherboard and no change. They now plan to replace the seals as they seem weak.
Disappointing experience to say the least. Nice looking unit
