Takes the guest work out of coffee

To steal a quote from the 80s this thing is the bomb Diggity! It has turned me into a coffee alchemist! Not only that but my coffee when I properly weigh it taste so much better than just a guesstimation.

I've used laboratory grade scales with worse resolution and response time that cost ten times as much.
Great features, very fast response and tare time, and a great aesthetic to match. Fits the Stagg carafe perfectly as is the design but other carafes work well. Won't work for espresso unless you have a machine without a drip tray.
Clearly well built and thought out. The features are intuitive and simple to use. I especially like the box that is clearly designed to be kept and used when you move apartments, as the foam shims for under the scale table are solidly constructed and easy to put back. It's uncommon to have that kind of foresight in consumer goods.

I was hesitant to buy this due to the high price, but it’s a game changer as far as pour overs are concerned. It works flawlessly and the brew assist mode is heaven sent! Well done Fellow!! Highly recommend!

While searching for a scale I did not expect to find a feature such as Brew Assist. This feature is amazing at taking the guess work out of getting you measurements right.

I am new to this game. I never thought I would be so involved in making a cup of coffee. This scale replaces my Oxo scale and it is terrific. The brew assist makes the process simple and by reacting to the coffee weight by adjusting the water amount it makes it so easy to always hit your favorite ratio. A tip of the cup to your company.

I’ve been looking forward to doing this, but I had to wait until my old equipment was obsolete. My old scale broke so I got to buy this and it’s everything I wanted. Definitely wish this was around when I made my first scale purchase.
