So far so good. Just got it yesterday and it meets all my expectations. Initially I’m just going to use it to scale/measure beans and water volume.

Takes the guest work out of coffee

To steal a quote from the 80s this thing is the bomb Diggity! It has turned me into a coffee alchemist! Not only that but my coffee when I properly weigh it taste so much better than just a guesstimation.

I've used laboratory grade scales with worse resolution and response time that cost ten times as much.
Great features, very fast response and tare time, and a great aesthetic to match. Fits the Stagg carafe perfectly as is the design but other carafes work well. Won't work for espresso unless you have a machine without a drip tray.
Clearly well built and thought out. The features are intuitive and simple to use. I especially like the box that is clearly designed to be kept and used when you move apartments, as the foam shims for under the scale table are solidly constructed and easy to put back. It's uncommon to have that kind of foresight in consumer goods.

I was hesitant to buy this due to the high price, but it’s a game changer as far as pour overs are concerned. It works flawlessly and the brew assist mode is heaven sent! Well done Fellow!! Highly recommend!
