No More Estimating And Good Brews Are A Default

The matte black finish is appealing and the precision measurement features are a necessity. The taring, timer, and water flow options are key to making a great cup of coffee. This scale is part of my daily grind.
Future kettle base and/or grinder base should have a usb-c to connect the scale for recharging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Takes the guesswork out of my morning

I love this scale! It takes the guesswork out of my morning ritual. Easy to adjust, many options for brewing, easy to read display & it looks great on my coffee bar.

Not Just for Making Good Coffee!

As someone who has never used a coffee scale before, the Tally is easy to work with and master. The Brew Assist is probably the coolest feature as it has improved my AeroPress experience, but the timer and precise weight functions are equally handy for non-brewing tasks. My only issue is the piano black gloss on the base of the scale that seems to scratch easily and is a terrible fingerprint magnet. Here’s hoping Fellow decides to release a matte black edition similar to the rest of their products.

Not in love with it. Needs better instructions or more intuitive buttons

I'm a smart person, but the Brew Assist has only worked a couple of times for me. It seems like the instructions are skipping steps. Very often the water weight gets cleared, so I have to go by memory when I begin adding water. Also, the instructions say after step four to hit the timer button, but it doesn't say whether the filter, mug and beans are on the scale or not, so the timer begins before everything's on the scale. I have to stop it and then it all clears. Very frustrating. On the plus side, it's pretty and elegant on my countertop. It'd be nice if it came in white to match my Fellow gooseneck kettle. I'm too lazy to return it and too smart and stubborn to give up.

This scale does everything I need and more! I love how it is accurate to the bean. Was the final piece of dialing in my ultimate fellow home coffee set up.
