Great scale but brew assist is clunky

Very good scale, fast and precise. That said, brew assist is a somewhat flawed feature — if you forget to tare the scale again after weighing your beans and wetting your filter but BEFORE adding your grounds, you’re out of luck for this brew. It’s surprising easy to forget and frustrating every time.

Nice and very effective measuring tool it short a-lot of time and it’s useful for highly effective people that have no time to waste . Thanks Fellow and think to arrange the pour overs time light to blink in between 3 or 4 pour with its timer to be selected during the next upgrade one

Not in love with it. Needs better instructions or more intuitive buttons

I'm a smart person, but the Brew Assist has only worked a couple of times for me. It seems like the instructions are skipping steps. Very often the water weight gets cleared, so I have to go by memory when I begin adding water. Also, the instructions say after step four to hit the timer button, but it doesn't say whether the filter, mug and beans are on the scale or not, so the timer begins before everything's on the scale. I have to stop it and then it all clears. Very frustrating. On the plus side, it's pretty and elegant on my countertop. It'd be nice if it came in white to match my Fellow gooseneck kettle. I'm too lazy to return it and too smart and stubborn to give up.
