I thought any scale would do then I quickly realized the features, functions, and modes are very intentional and incorporate smoothly into the brew routine. The coffee assist mode is A+.

Works great and very helpful for pour over, french press, etc. Sometimes computer gets frozen when trying to tare, but turning off and turning back on seems to correct it.

This is a great looking scale that you won’t mind leaving out on the counter. The brew assist feature is a great function to have once you figure out the how best to incorporate it. Another major plus is being able to change units to use the scale for other weighing needs. The only downside is the cost.
