This laptop is a beautiful piece of innovation and technology. You put all the best technology under the hood of this machine. This is my 4th ASUS portable computer. Each time, I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. This laptop has finally convinced my son to come over to the ASUS family from the Alienware side. Now we both have the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 (2023). Nice job ASUS!

I haven't completely finished setting up the computer, but already most of the hotkeys are not working ( volumes controls, fan control, screen brightness, etc. ) . I've tried a few fixes, but so far nothing has resolved the problem. For what this computer costs, I expected a much better degree of quality control from ASUS.

I'm not going to sit here and bad mouth this computer. It's a beautiful computer. But, makes ure you do your research before making a purchase. Only after I started having problems with it (which was on day 2) did I realize that there are many wide spread issues with this machine. Its a great thought but I def wouldn't droop almost 4k on this computer if I had known what I now know.

The laptop is sensational! I though that Windows 11 would be easier to learn coming from Windows 10. The O/S learning curve has slowed down my set-up experience but I love the devise and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Great computer, keyboard and touchpad position and size need some work. Build quality needs some work. I already have dying pixels on my screen and a small dent on the lid when the PC is just a bit over a year old I baby it. The only place it may see some action is in my backpack and even then there is only the charger in the next zipped compartment.
