I love my barrel, my wife and I get into ours daily, me several times a day even. Instantly I recognized the life that seemed to has been rejuvenated in my legs and overall body for sure. My wife and I are endurance athletes, she’s a Triathlete and I am a cyclist. So, we try to get longer soaks in approximately 10minutes at 50°F. At a time

Bang for your buck

Only had it a few days , but me and my wife workout hard and this helps a ton on recovery. My daughters both love it also. Has been great so far.

Draining is Difficult

We love our barrel and have a separate chiller, but draining is a hassle because the spout at the bottom does not drain all the water, and when you turn it upside down to drain the remainder of the water there is a lip at the top of the barrel that makes it difficult. We drain and clean our barrel every two weeks to avoid using chemicals. Other than that we love the barrel.
