No, not a Ted Lasso reference. I’ve been a plunge skeptic for years, but right before I turned 39 I opened my mind to it and very glad I did. I plunge 3x/week for 11-15 minutes and I’ve never felt better physically and psychologically. Just do it!

The ice barrel has been an absolute game changer! My wife and I are very into fitness and mental health. Having had the ice barrel for a month now has dramatically altered our recovery, sleep, relaxation and immune systems. We have become ice barrel fanatics!! Enjoy

Full of chemicals

Mine was delivered full of black shavings and a oily residue all on the inside. Hard to remove, I recommend another product.
