Broke immediately

Broke less than 48 hours after receiving and the only service center in my state never picks up their phone and was closed in the middle of a Monday when I tried to go in person.

Great beginner Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this machine for approx a month, these are the pros and cons I've identified:
PROS:
Illustrations made it simple to setup and get started on first project
Light weight – easy to move from place to place
Seamless network connections
Exceptional stitching results
Needle threader easy to use
Good for small projects
Use of purchased designs from on-line venders
CONS:
Loud while stitching
Lack of a foot pedal
Took a few tries to refill bobbin
Overall a good machine for a beginner to get started with machine embroidery.
