The cameras has to mounted straight up because they want turn on the swivel to adjust to any angle meaning that if you tilt the lens it will be tilted on the screen. My other cameras were able to turn on every angle and view upright. Plus one off my cameras face recognition lights will not work in channel 3
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just had the cameras installed today. As a couple in our 70s, new technology can be difficult for us. I think the night owl will be easy for us to operate.

These cameras are better than I expected easy set up and work perfectly I had a slight issue about changing the resolution but I didn’t know how to so customer service helped me and they fixed it in just a few minutes! customer service kicks as with this company. can I say kicks as? well I hope so anyway they’re awesome

I love this product! Easy set up! All I had to do was plug it in my DVR and set it up using my phone on the Night owl APP. I didn't any other hardware. Love the 4k quality and loud siren on the cameras.
