I bought a pair of these cameras with extra batteries and the charger and all things seem to be working well. The whole system works in concert, I am pleased with the results.

Tried numerous times to get the replacement camera online with no success. The trouble shooting information was not any help. The setup and paring of the camera keeps taking me in circles. I'm lost in the loop without any signal.

So far, 30% of the cameras in this system have been a problem. Support takes forever and there's three hours of tech support phone-time that I will never get back. When the cameras work, they have a great view - but getting them to work is a problem

I bought this antenna extender, not knowing if it would really work. I was pleased that it did, solving my problem of a disrupted signal of the camera to the NVR. We resided our house, a few years back and many devices were effected by the steel siding. Everything is OK now.

I installed a Night Owl 8 camera system just over a year ago in my "Doghouse". That's my air conditioned shop where we play music weekly ( and yes sometimes weakly). Only 4 cameras worked all the time. After ordering 2 more antennas (one for base unit and one for camera) all 8 function well. My doghouse is a 40'x50' metal building so wireless range is reduced. 3 cameras that would seldom work (mounted outside) now work with antenna inside hooked to outside cameras. 2 others that would work sporadically, now work consistently, since base unit has one antenna outside Doghouse.

I was concerned that the recorder would not get the feeds from the 4 cameras. They all come in nice and strong. The walls and distance did not affect the system. Great product!
