I bought this to help my younger one take a bath with her big sister. The seat works well but takes up a lot of space in the bathtub. If you are planning to bathe your baby with a sibling i wouldn’t recommend this seat.

Dangerous product

Today my 8 month old son was using this bath seat, got stuck and needed to have the fire department assist in removing him from the seat. This is a dangerous product. I watched him the entire time he was in the seat, he was constantly supervised, he quickly turned and his leg pulled out of the leg hole and went into the side hole and myself and my family were unable to get him out of the seat. He is fine but this is going in the trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our second baby is 8 months old. She is long and lean and slippery when she's wet! Thanks to the WeeSpring Parent Panel for letting us try the Summer Infant Bath Seat! This has been a game changer for bath time at our house. The seat is so easy to put in and take out of the tub. It feels safe and sturdy, makes washing and playing with baby in the tub a breeze. I used to feel like my babe was going to slip out of my hands or that I wasn't able to clean her well because I needed one hand to hold her slippery body up. Now she is able to play in the tub and enjoy it. It also leaves plenty of room for her 3 year old big sister to play in the tub at the same time. A few other things I found that I loved about the seat: it doesn't have niches, cracks or holes that hold water or grow germs, the baby loves it and sits comfortably in it and the suction cup system is easy to remove from the tub with one hand after your done. I would recommend the seat to a friend or be happy to give it as a gift to a new Mom!

WARNING: do not buy it gets moldy.... i advise anyone who has it to take the seat out and look at their suction cups they will be full of mold inside... also there will be gross stuff left under where the seat is.... you will be appalled

Thanks to the weespring parent panel for providing me with this bath seat for my son. This seat was very helpful in assisting me bathe my son. The installation was easy, BUT im not sure I would like to have to re install this every night for bath time, as we all share the same tub/shower. it would be amazing if left in place. My son was supported and comfortable in the seat, he loved it and I was comfortable with him in it. The seat felt secure without a doubt. If I didn't have to take it out of the tub after every use I would have given this a 5 stars. It really is amazing.
