As with any windows 11. Printers are hard to install and use. The printer itself is great, the integration with the operating system is however poor.

Love this printer! I think it’s works great for just some at home printing! Initial thoughts were it looked very sleek and not bulky. It has a minimalist look to it. It hides well in my alcove and doesn’t stick out which is always a win! It was super easy to set up. I just followed the instructions on the app it asked to download. The ink was really easy to add in and there were only 2! Which made it a lot easier., gone are the days where you’re adding multiple ink cartridgesI tested out a print page and although it wasn’t really fast I wouldn’t say it was slow. The quality of the print was definitely a 10/10 and loved how there was a tray to put paper in and it slides in. I have had printers in the past where the paper sits at the top and it doesn’t look as tidy, so that was definitely a pro. The app is VERY straightforward to use and the printables options is useful, so I’d definitely say it’s good for the family. My daughter had a lot of fun choosing images to print out and found it exciting watching it print out and come to life. The wireless option is amazing, I normally have documents saved on email so quickly used that and my phone to connect to it made this very simple, fast and convenient. The scan option was very easy to use and at a press of a button I had the document saved on my phone. The ink subscription, HP Instant Ink, was straightforward to set up and I chose the best option according to how much we printed, it was good to have a choice as I did not want to run out and then wait for the cartridge to come or have a pile up of cartridges which can’t be used. I even got a Pre paid envelope to put empty cartridges in which is really good the environment and shows that they’re a sustainable company that recycle their cartridges Overall I’d definitely recommend it for family use when you don’t have a lot of pages to print on a regular. It’s sleek and minimalist design is a bonus as well as the ink subscription and wireless connectivity. The app is straightforward to use and I’d also recommend it for those that feel like they’re not that tech savvy as the prompts are easy to follow for ease of use
Have had no end of problems with this and can’t get hold of anyone when i tired to get help. This feels cheaply made flimsy compared to my las HP printer and slower to print ,, i’m disappointed

We had an older printer set up on a unit and it was an absolute eyesore out in the open like this. This one is the ideal size for our unit so its now tucked away. This one has an actual paper tray which means you dont have to have paper sticking out the top. It doesnt have a display screen of own to let you set it up so that is all done on the app. This is simple enough but you cannot have it linked to more than one account. Would be nice if you could so you could each pay for your own ink or simiar. Other than that this printer is awesome. 20 mins after set up and it was prinitng

A Value for money all in one printer

I have now hads the printer 5 weeks and I am very pleased with it . I dont do a lot of printing just a dozen or so pages a month and a cartridge of ink can last me anyting up to a year. The printer is fairly easy to set up and easy to use with the HP smart app. It is quiet and quick enough for my small usage. I have had HP all in one printers for over 20 years and not been disappointed yet.
