I am not happy with this printer. It's connected one minute, and the next It's not. It's a pain in the rear. I don't even know if I'm going to keep it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I’m sorry that you’ve run into trouble with your printer. It’s easy to understand why receiving an error message regarding cartridge alignment whenever you print or scan would be unnerving. I want to help you out of this dilemma. I hope the resources listed below serve that end.
I can’t tell from your review what’s causing the error you describe or what remedy might exist. I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the proper course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
I purchased this printer to replace the one that stopped printing with blue. It worked amazing when I first started to use it. Now it goes off line along and won't print, so I have to reset it alot.
I was recommended the HP printer by the tech support agent based on my budget and usage level. I believe the rep was doing due diligence and he explained patiently how he arrived at the final pick. He did give 3 final choices to pick from. Delivery was very prompt. Printer (white color) was flawless in appearance. Set Up was a breeze as once again I relied on tech support. I highly recommend signing up with HP Instant Ink for your printer needs. I made that decision in 2015 and have not regretted it.
Set-up was fairly easy, but printing took a bit to figure out. From my laptop, I couldn't print a FedEx label/Word or Excel document directly from the application but had to save the doc as a PDF in order to print it. Other than that, color printing looks great, the printer doesn't produce much noise, and printing is fairly quick.
