I like my new printer but I do not have a manual. It is hard to know what you can do. I tried to download a manual but can’t find where to do this.

I should have investigated It better. All the chat person ask me was do I have WYFI which I do. She didn't ask me do I have an iPhone, which I don't. So I can't install it. Do you have any suggestions?

We have had the printer a couple of weeks and the only complaint is the plastic tabs holding the ink cartridges in is flimsy. Was concerned they would break!. Calling for assistance you always get foreign speaking individuals that are hard to understand.
