Although the printer was installed properly it has been inconsistent in the printing, sometimes not printing and sometimes suddenly printing hours later. Today it’s working fine. I have followed instructions to unplug, wait and plug again (both printer and wall plug) and it helped…. For a while! If this continues I’ll return the darn thing!
I was somewhat frustrated at first. It took awhile to get it all setup and running smoothly. However, I am very happy with it now. It's been working great! I already received my first box of instant ink so I'm pretty excited about the fact that I don't have to worry about running out!
Support for all of the issues were handled expediously. Working with support really helped my situation, and everything is working well! Thanks for your support!
The instruction booklet is inadequate and unhelpful. I've had to call HP when it should have been unnecessary. The old printer that I had was far easier to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
