Love being able to have the opportunity to utilize Instant Ink! No more finding myself in a "bind", because I run out of ink! I use the printer for personal use. It does everything I NEED/WANT it to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a wireless printer before, or one that could print on both sides automatically. For these features, this printer is quite a revelation to me, and it seems like a miracle when I can print something from anywhere in the house, even from my phone. Set up was a little persnickety, however, and with one of my computers, it gives weird errors every time I try to print something, and requires the printer to be unplugged and replugged for every single document on that computer. Using the HP Smart programs seemed more cumbersome than just using Windows to search for printers as well. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase, and the instant ink programs is kind of awesome to never worry about ink levels.
