I am still unable to print. I think the machine is defective. It prints some of the times. Sometimes I need to reboot WiFi or printer. I should not have to do that. I think I need a new printer. I’ll call you soon

It was easy to set up and use. In addition HP Support is always a phone call a way if you need assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't realize I would miss the digital screen featured on other HP printers I enjoy. I have poor vision and the task options are impossible for me to see. Set up was complicated. Off/on switch on the back side of the printer was not intuitive and I didn't kknow it was there until attempts to turn on the printer left me searching for operational switching. If I had my way I would trade it in for a better model with the touch screen for operations .
