[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to upgrade my old HP printer, and I have a Mac, so I knew my options would be limited. I settled on the Envy 6455 because it has all the features I was looking for and it can be used with the Instant Ink program. I absolutely hated having to buy expensive ink all the time. That was the main reason for upgrading. I am so happy with my purchase. The printer looks nice and performs very well. No issues whatsoever, although I haven't gotten around to printing from my mobile phone yet. The fact that is an option is so cool. I would recommend this printer to any Mac user!

I am really loving this printer, however I wish there was a nice booklet that would tell me and other customers more about the operation of the printer. I don't know how to get it offline and when I check it is not programmed to print offline. sometime it won't print at all. Also the icons on the lower right side are not visible until they light up, It would be nice to have them actually printed within the unit. I need to read a booklet of items that can help with any problems. for example how to put in a new ink replacement. How to use the top feed, and other questions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this printer a couple months ago. We are very happy with its performance. We did not have any trouble setting it up. We would definitely recommend this HP printer.
I am still unable to print. I think the machine is defective. It prints some of the times. Sometimes I need to reboot WiFi or printer. I should not have to do that. I think I need a new printer. I’ll call you soon
