[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was to replace the one I have had since 2015. Use it for school and works great. Only reason for a 3 star is the light doesn't turn off unless you turn printer completely off. This is to much to always do every night. Also i have to download an app to use any other features other than print. Not happy with it but will have to use it till I need another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an HP Envy 7640. This one has no touch screen control panel. There are some lights with arrows and an X. No manual came with it to tell me what they mean. When it prints, it shoots out the page onto the floor and I have to roll over it in my chair to reach it. The ink is cheaper with the the new printer but the ink program is the same price so I will probably opt out of It soon. I wish it held a full ream of paper. Isn't that a no brainer?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found it difficult to set up. I had to spend 30 minutes on line with a technician to get it to work with my Chromebook. There are directions to use with PC's or MAC's but nothing for CB. Once set up, it works great, is fast and quiet.
