[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Pro 6455 AIO since early December and love it. It is quick in printing, easy to use and it is quickly ready to operate in a short amount of time when using HP Smart to set it up.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is suppose to be plug and play.. there are no instructions, does not function well as a home Business printer. Material is flimsy. On off switch is on the back. Many people place printers on shelves or in cabinets. My H printer was not functioning and work was backing up. I really just needed to plug and play and nothing was as it was. Tried scanning, no way to do from the printer, and no port for memory sticks, So open the computer yes you can scan from the computer to the printer , scanning from the printer to the computer works you just don't know where it went.. so it's useless. I would not recommend this printer for any small business or home office. My former was faster and quieter too. It was a work horse. This is one is pain. All the SMART stuff takes additional time to set up.. and mess with when you are just trying to get the job done. So if you have the time and talent with out any info you might be able to make this printer more helpful.. I just needed it to work.
