It came with 2 sided as default ? Why it should be single and then you change to 2 sided

I did need to remove the software and reinstall once when it stopped working. The photos are not as good as the Canon printer but are adequate. The ink cartridges are finicky to install

Replacement ink seems reasonable cost-wise and the quality of prints is good. The blue ready light is a nice touch and there have been zero issues with connectivity.
