It's hard for me to review the printer because it hasn't printed yet but it's not for lack of trying. The setup by cellphone was easy enough but I really botched the setup to my computer and their instructions on this part are either non-existent or otherwise not helpful. Then I was online with an HP person (who was quite wonderful) for 1 1/2 hours and the printer seemed ready to go. Yesterday I needed to print a paper and ...nothing. I'll have to call customer service again. But it's left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.
This printer is totally inferior to other HP printers I've owned. The functions and usage are a mystery... not clearly identified on the machine as with other printers. You have to download an app to your phone. The PC connection is cryptic. I got an error that my PIN was incorrect. Luckily I added paper and that resolved the issue...? Stupid, right?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well right now it isn’t working? It copies when it wants then doesn’t. That’s why I’m not sure about instant ink?

If you need further assistance, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
Not what I expected. Does not have all the perks of previous printer.

I am a little unhappy that there are no operating instructions and all the buttons on the printer seem to be icons that are not all that self-explanatory. First time I copied something, I was able to make multiple copies, then I could only make one at a time. The jury is still out as to whether I will return it..
