Bought this to replace my old printer that was very slow.. so far so good prints quickly and quietly.
my previos printer had a arm that came out automatically when printing to catch the paper this one

I bought this printer about 1 month ago. The connectivity to say the least is appalling at times. It only prints a couple of pages and stops with printing error. Also see on a regular basis printer offline. Wi-fi connectivity with all other items in the house work well. The printer I am afraid to say is not one of HP's better efforts. The previous HP printer I had from some 15 years ago didn't have these problems. Not impressed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my fourth wi-fi printer and by this point I’d come to terms with the fact that they were unreliable and often unusable, so I was delighted to find that not only is this printer reliable, it’s actually a delight to use!
The set up took maybe five minutes, following the steps on the HP app, all extremely straight forward and easy to follow, and then on to the instant ink sign up page. I’ll be getting my monies worth from included trial!
So far I’ve mostly printed from iOS, where the integration is brilliant - simply click the share icon and select Print with HP Smart, then it’s coming out of the printer seconds later NB this option works better than the first general iOS Print option in the list, and gives you a few options when printing.
Other than that, it looks good, it’s quiet and quick to print - I’m a big fan of the lights and sounds too.

I love this printer. I downloaded the app for hp smart, it was really easy to set up and use. It’s a lot simpler than it looks. It has Bluetooth connection and you can print from your device easily. The quality of the print is really professional and clear. I would definitely recommend this product. My children really appreciate it. They can effortlessly print cvs and school work. I do find the ink cartridges expensive, however this is reflected in the quality of the print.
