I based my purchase on reviews of others and they didn't mislead me. This little printer is a workhorse! I use it for my home office and am very pleased with the quick print time, the quality of print on draft mode (to save ink), and how user friendly it is. Plus, it works with your smart phone, laptop, etc. I haven't used the Instant Ink delivery service, though I may look into this before the offer expires. The printer is very quiet as well! I definitely recommend this printer!

I purchased for my mother who doesn't have wifi/internet connection. The secret is I set it up with her mobile phone at my house with a wifi connection (took less than 2 minutes). After the initial setup, I took the print and phone to her house and it works like a champ, because the printer connects with the mobile phone internet connection directly (and no hotspot needed).

I bought this printer last week and still cannot get it hooked up with the Instant Ink Feature. It installs and prints, but your installation software is crap. I talked with someone at support and they say I am enrolled in Instant Ink, but my printer will not connect.

I don’t like it at all. Although I do have a smart phone, I only use it to call or text. After one whole day trying to figure it out, I got it to pair up, but then I had to work several more hours to get it to pair up with my chrome book. My old HP was a touch screen and I wish I would have spent the extra money and gotten another one. I really hate this new printer.

Excellent printer in all aspects. Compact, lower height profile and white printer is almost silent when it is printing - hardly hear the printing head striking anything! I love the low intensity blueish tint about 6 inch wide LED light that stays lit at all times; looks beautiful and very soothing at night when all other lights are off in the room. Just beautiful

Printers have really advanced since I last bought one in 2009. My family really likes the smart functionality in this new printer. Being able to print documents when away from the house is great. I also like that it will reorder the ink when it is getting low.

This printer is not worth it. The little white rollers pop out, it constantly tells me I have a paper jam when I don't or the rollers pop out, the paper tray is open or no paper when there is. It takes a minute to 15 mins to fix it just to print a few pages. Don't buy this printer will be contacting hp for a refund. And I just recieved it a week ago brand new.
