E-printing is not what it's cracked up to be

Won't stay online and getting it back online is a nightmare. 20% of my printing has been used with reports that the printer spits out. Nor is instant ink. Printed 51 copies; black cartridge empty; and no replacements. "Never Run Out of Ink" rings hollow!

It prints, it scans, it has an ADF, it was easy to setup, and it was cheaper than a new one. I have also noticed that the issue I experienced w/ older HP wireless printers losing connectivity with the network have been resolved. Great value and highly recommend for light home printing needs.

It replaced another Envy printer after four years. It works well, not too sure about the HP smart app because not everything prints from there, unless I have it set up incorrectly. Very hard to get HP on the phone for tech support but I will try. I even purchased the care plan.
