I am happy with my purchase! This printer is a real workhorse and I'm glad I selected this particular printer! The color is crisp and clear and I have nothing bad to say about it. I do with the company had included the USB cord so I could connect it to the computer because the wi-fi in my area is spotty; but this printer is like the little train that could!

The design of the HP ENVY 6455e is sleek & aesthetically appealing; I really appreciate the flat top instead of the intrusive paper-feed top tray. The printer is quiet while in operation and suits my needs to a "T". The downside is that the instructions are extremely limited, and it is frustrating to troubleshoot when a problem arises. Example: I experienced a paper jam but there were no instructions in the booklet as to how to clear it, and nothing under the online HP help site. Had I have not had tons of experience with printers, I would probably still be sitting here unable to use the machine. Another problem I encountered when first trying to use the copier was it would not print from my computer, nor some of the things I tried to print from my phone. It took quite a few power off/power on attempts and some investigating to figure out what was wrong. Again, the booklet/HP site were of no avail.

As with our previous HP printer, the quality of the prints is good, but the printer is inconsistent in operation. We frequently have to turn it off and turn it back on when we send a document to be printed. Last evening, when we were through printing, it refused to turn off. I had to unplug it, wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in. At that point it came on automatically and I could finally turn it off.
