Set up the printer a week ago. Very easy set up and the printer is working great. Nice quality print. Easy to use from laptop or phone. Happy with our purchase!
We bought the new envy printer Because it came highly recommended by the sales clerk at the sales clerk. Ordered it online everything came in easy and easy-peasy went to set up was up was a big struggle if you live in a small world community he don't always have the best Wi-Fi thank goodness I still kept my ether cord From the old printer. Or we would have never gotten it hooked up. It is now running just fine haven't had too much problem we did get kicked off of the Internet for a while due to a power loss but after a little bit of a struggle and a lot of help from the online help service which is awesome or up and running I've been running. Overall have not had any problems now. Not sure I would recommend this particular printer for seniors who don't have a lot of experience with the Internet.. As it could definitely be a struggle for you
It will take some getting used to. To print you have to go through your computer. Into use your phone or iPad the data must be stored in the cloud I think, instructions are very very poor. It might be great if you already know how it works. If you don’t, not so much.
I like this product. Very beneficial/time saving at home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the printer about a month or so ago. The first few days it worked but now I have had issues keeping it connected with our network. It will work for a day or two and then forget the connection. When it does work it had a decent printing capabilities, but it hasn't been as easy or accessible as I would have liked. It's hard to use the features if it won't recognize 3/6 devices in the house. I should have just kept my HP Envy 4500.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has failed to maintain a reliable wireless connection. I can easily understand why this would be a most unwelcome surprise, especially considering the device worked well for a few days and the break in connectivity since then has been persistent. I want to help you remedy this problem, so I’ll direct you to some resources I hope will reach that goal.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including wireless connectivity. You can find that page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If you cannot resolve the problem, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
