It print, scan and copy fast. AND ON TOP OF THAT I was able to sign up for InstaInk. This has been a great transformation for my business. Thanks HP!!!!
Very cute and compact design. Easy set up. Has NOT printed anything since then. We always have to unplug/plug it back, or do some other workaround. The on/off button doesn't work. When it does print the page is very sharp. Don't waste your time on this machine. We might return it, honestly.

First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including wireless connectivity, which I suspect is behind some of the unreliable performance you describe. On the same page you’ll find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning difficulties. If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
Printer is constantly "offline." Cannot install driver for two of my devices (one of which is an HP laptop!) Need to constantly unplug it and plug it in again to "wake it up."
