Love the printers by HP. I have a couple of black ones here and this new one is white... and quite lovely. Never had a problem with one and I have always been satisfied. Thankfully, they have a number you can call for help, and speak with A REAL LIVE PERSON. I despise when I call a company and all you get are prompts to push this button and that one. NOT HP..... there is always somebody there who will help you.

I purchased the ENVY Pro 6455 All in one Printer, and what a great find! I enjoy the wireless bluetooth capabilities and phone app you can use a a remote. It makes printing so much easier from any access point. I even like the ink cartridge deal HP offers with your purchase.

It is a very compact and neat printerso it don't take much space, I mainly use it to print and scan, I have work from home and it really gets the job done, it's super quiet and the speed is just fine.
If you work from home and this is the printer that you need, it is affordable and very conveient. I will definitely recommend this printer.

Love the printer. Have had HP printers before and was very pleased with them. M husband bought a Canon printer which had a lot of features, he passed away and I decided to continue using the Canon printer, It uses 5 ink cartridges, I print a lot of stuff so it was getting very expensive to use the Canon printer, decided to go back to an HP printer, so far I love it and love the fact that it only has 2 ink cartridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It arrived in a day. Simple packaging and quick power plug in and cartridge install. Then scan VR box code to cellphone, followed the prompts. Printer found the computer and the home network. After a log in and two passwords, I printed the test page and scanned the alignment print out. First print job was a picture I have been wanting to display of my Grandchildren. Not bad for an Boomer eh?

Doesn't work properly

Doesn't print consistently. Paper rolls in then for the print job, but then the device doesn't print and then have to remove the sheet of paper. When the printer will print it stops at the start of the job and then I have presume resume for the job to finish. I chatted with support but didn't get a resolution, so I'm returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
