Hard to Keep Online

I can't keep the printer online. Once I get it there, I print one document and it goes offline again. I've spent countless hours trying to get it back on line. And from reading the community forum...I'm not alone

After completing the initial setup of the printer, I attempted to add paper to the paper tray. While closing the paper tray an appendage prevented the tray drawer to close and shortly thereafter broke off disabling the printer.

My wife and are quite pleased with the new ENVY Pro 6455 All-In-One. Print speed and clarity/crispness of letters - both color and B/W are very good. Copy function provides superior closeness to original images than the older PhotoSmart we've had for years. We are looking forward to using the Photo printing function for Christmas cards and pictures!
