After completing the initial setup of the printer, I attempted to add paper to the paper tray. While closing the paper tray an appendage prevented the tray drawer to close and shortly thereafter broke off disabling the printer.

Great small printer for our new RV. Some issues setting it up because we did not have WiFi at the time. Took it home to setup, then got WiFi running on the coach and the transition was easy. Fast, kewl colored lights, great print quality.
I had to replace an older HP, so picked out an Envy Hp. Very smooth installing on my phone and on my PC. AND, very satisfied with the quality of the printing. It’s not fast, but I knew that and expected it to take a few seconds.
Excellent Upgrade from older HP PhotoSmart model !

My wife and are quite pleased with the new ENVY Pro 6455 All-In-One. Print speed and clarity/crispness of letters - both color and B/W are very good. Copy function provides superior closeness to original images than the older PhotoSmart we've had for years. We are looking forward to using the Photo printing function for Christmas cards and pictures!
I hooked up the printer and printed 2 sheets and now it will now connect to the computer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
