The offer of free ink for a few months was a big reason I bought this printer. But as far as I can tell HP simply transferred my the Instant Ink subscription from my old printer to this one. Am I going to get my promised free ink or not >
Pretty okay printer, can't complain about the price because it was on sale. But the power button is on the _back_ of the printer - who does that? Something I would never even think of researching. I have mobility issues, so now I have to rig something to power on/off the printer (no auto shutoff) or get someone to help me. One other annoyance is that I have to change out the paper when printing pictures or envelopes. I previously had a HP7520 where there was a separate photo paper tray and I could slip envelopes in for a one-off envelope. Maybe I'll be able to do the same here with envelopes, but will have to experiment.
I was hoping that I could copy more than one page of a pdf at a time to transfer to my computer. also, I did not get a manual for my printer. I have no idea of all the things I can do with it. Until I learn more, I would not recommend it to anyone. So I can't recommend a product that I can hardly use. What can you do to help me out?
I am a fan of HP products. Just bought my new Envy Pro 6455 on line, the power switch is in the back and is hard to get to when shutting down the system. I always turn off my electronics when not in use. Also I could not get my HP computer to accept the printer. (Wish I had a disk to install because we live in a dead zone it took 3 hours to accept by wifi)
I have always loved HP Printers, because of their great features and dependability. This printer is a must and always print the best pages with color quality. I work from home and I am a college student, therefore, I must have a printer with great features and print what I need. This printer has it all, it is 3 in 1, printer, scanner, and copier. It is awesome!
