There is no option for multiple copies. If you want 20 copies of something, you have to press the button 20 times. this does not work for me I returned the product
The printer was woefully deficient. It did not function as expected. The first day of operation, the printer jammed six or seven times. Clearing the jams was difficult.
Worse printer I have ever owned. Setup was anything but easy. Scanning requires way more work than my old printer. I barely got the new printer out of its box when HP commented it was out of warranty! What? Still telling me it is out of warranty! Previous printer was half the cost of this one and was much easier to operate. Regret I agreed to buy it when an HP ink cartridge leaked into my previous printer.
Make the removal of old printer a one click deal . AND streamline the app addition of devices & make it easier. Connection was the only negative with the new HP.
I love the printer, as it has the energy saver mode, but using the web services and the HP Smart app on my computer leaves a lot to desire. it tell me that the printer is sleeping when it is . I increased the time before it sleeps to 15 minutes but still get the error. Technical support is great, as they really try to solve your problem. If you can live without the web service feature then this printer is right for you
